ML Engineer - Generative AI Intern

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a ML Engineer - Generative AI intern to join our dynamic, fast-growing team at Vekta. If you're passionate about endurance sports and excited by the potential of AI to transform athletic performance, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be contributing to our mission of transforming data into actionable insights for athletes and coaches across the world by leveraging existing language models to make sense of the data and metrics we derive from athletes' training.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and implement LLM agents to enhance the capabilities of our AI-powered coaching assistant.

Create personalized, actionable daily analyses leveraging diverse data sources (HRV, daily check-ins, training insights, Vekta proprietary metrics, ) to drive insights and inform decision-making.

For these tasks, your mission will be to think and implement a full action plan (Modelling, Dataset creation, Implementation, Deployment) to solve them using all the tools and data at your disposal.

Qualifications

Education:

A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field.

Experience:

Proven, significant experience in exploiting LLMs and/or NLP .

Experience in the sports or tech industry is a plus.

Skills:

Proficient in Python, SQL.

Deep understanding of endurance sports and data-driven coaching methodologies.

Profile :
