This well-established and forward-thinking firm is looking for a Mixed Tax Manager to join their growing team in Bolton. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to a diverse client base, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to wider business growth.

- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and limited companies
- Monitor compliance deadlines and manage HMRC submissions
- Keep up to date with current tax legislation and compliance standards
- Deliver strategic tax advice, planning and structuring for a wide range of business and personal clients
- Advise on business transactions, tax-efficient restructuring, and succession planning
- Act as the key point of contact for clients on all tax-related matters
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver joined-up services
- Contribute to business development, including networking and identifying new client opportunities
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent). ATT or QBE also considered
- At least 10 years' experience in a mixed tax role within an accountancy firm
- Proven ability to deliver practical, tailored advice to owner-managed businesses
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
