Mission Critical Sector Lead (Infrastructure Building Design)

London

£110k-£130k plus benefits

As they expand their Mission Critical and Data Centre portfolio in the UK, they are seeking a senior leader to drive growth, lead strategy, to help position them at the forefront of the sector. If you're already a seasoned leader in this space and ready for your next big opportunity, they will want to talk.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategy and growth across the Mission Critical sector
  • Build client relationships and develop key accounts
  • Act as a technical authority on data centre design and delivery
  • Oversee project governance and performance as Project Director
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams and support work-winning as Bid Director
  • Champion innovation through tech, AI, and modern delivery methods

About You:

  • Deep expertise in Mission Critical/Data Centre environments
  • Strong track record in business development and account management
  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a built environment discipline
  • Chartered/professionally qualified
  • Proven team leader and mentor
  • Clear communicator with commercial insight
  • Familiar with NEC, JCT and other standard contracts
