MIS Reporting Analyst - Transfer Agency - JP Morgan - Dublin - 9 months contract - ONSITE - PAYE

We're seeking an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst to join JP Morgan's Transfer Agency team in Dublin on an initial 9 months contract to cover a maternity leave. You should have excellent excel reporting skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI are helpful but can be trained.

Role Description
Reporting to the VP of Transfer Agency Onboarding and Analytics, the MIS Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the MIS function within the Transfer Agency (TA) team.

This role sits alongside the Onboarding and Regulatory Reporting teams, with some functional crossover.

The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the production of both internal and external MIS, focusing on volume and value-based metrics for TA dealing activities. The role involves significant reconciliation and aggregation of data from multiple sources and platforms, often requiring the mapping and alignment of different codes and formats.

The MIS Reporting Analyst will also respond to ad hoc data requests from senior stakeholders and clients, and support the production of client scorecards and board-level reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in TA, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau is highly advantageous. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in ambiguity and solutioning in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Produce and deliver internal/external MIS reports focused on TA dealing volume/value metrics, client scorecards, and board materials with high accuracy and clear visuals
  • Reconcile and aggregate data from multiple sources/platforms, perform wrangling/cleansing for consistency across formats, and generate actionable insights where standard reports lack
  • Field and respond to urgent data requests from senior stakeholders/clients under tight deadlines, prioritizing/escalating as needed
  • Collaborate with Onboarding/Regulatory Reporting teams on cross-functional initiatives and workload management
  • Leverage advanced Excel (plus Alteryx/Tableau where feasible) for complex datasets and custom analytics
  • Identify/implement process improvements and demonstrate flexibility/initiative for evolving business needs

What You Bring

  • Proven experience producing and delivering MIS (Management Information) reports
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, macros
  • Prior experience in Transfer Agency or related financial services environments
  • Experience with data visualization and workflow automation tools such as Tableau or Alteryx
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports
