Salary: Level 3 £26,600 - £32,600

Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment (6 months)
Hours: Full time, permanent, 35 hrs per week

As a member of the Ministry Partnerships Team, you will make a difference to the people we serve by providing valuable support for the management of large-scale contracts with our Ministries of Education partners and examination boards to help ensure the continuation of those long-standing relationships by providing a high-quality service.
About the roleAs Ministry Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Ministry Partnerships Team to deliver a high quality, professional service to our Ministry of Education partners and examination boards around the world. You will provide essential administrative and coordination support that helps maintain strong, long standing relationships and ensures the effective delivery of complex, large scale contracts.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external stakeholders, you will contribute to the smooth running of meetings, events, and partnership activities. You will be trusted to manage information accurately, follow up on actions, and support quality assurance processes, helping the team to meet exacting standards and deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Provide high quality administrative and coordination support to the Ministry Partnerships Team, ensuring excellent service delivery to Ministry of Education partners and examination boards.
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings, workshops and reviews, including diary management, distribution of papers and accurate minute taking.
- Coordinate client visits, events, and hospitality in Cambridge, working with internal teams and external suppliers as required.
- Manage complex travel and venue arrangements, including risk assessments, flights, accommodation, visas and transfers.
- Proactively liaise with colleagues across the organisation to track actions and support timely delivery of agreed outputs.
- Support the commissioning and payment of consultants, including documentation, approvals, record keeping and payment processes.
- Assist with the administration of quality assurance activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain and manage information systems, including logs, registers and SharePoint pages, ensuring version control and quality standards are met.
- Provide cover for colleagues and support wider team activities to ensure continuity of service.
You should be able to work as part of a team and have a high standard of English language, both written and spoken. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and able to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- GCSE (or equivalent) at grades C or above, including English and Mathematics.
- A levels (or equivalent).
- Highly IT literate in all Microsoft Office software.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver to challenging deadlines and exacting requirements.
- Experience and proven ability in administration and working in complex office environments.
- Experience of working as part of a team and maintaining personal responsibility for tasks.

- Awareness of the global education sector desirable.
- Experience of working with different nationalities and cultures; experience of working environments where English is not the main medium of communication.
