Minibus Driver
Contract Length (end date): 1 year in the first instance.
Salary: Scale 5, SCP17, £30,060 FTE, pro-rated to £10,039 (NJC pay-award pending).
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 3 hours per day (1.5 hours in the morning, and 1.5 hours in the afternoon). Term-time only.
Additional: There may be the option for a job share.
We are seeking to appoint a Minibus Driver to join us in September. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of students during their morning and afternoon commutes, maintaining high standards of behaviour within the minibus, and enforcing safety rules and protocols to minimize risks.
The ideal candidate will hold a full clean UK category B driving license as a minimum; D1 license would be advantageous. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, good interpersonal skills, friendliness, approachability, reliability, and punctuality are essential.

Location: Hanley Castle, situated in a rural setting with easy access to Worcester, Hereford, Cheltenham, and Gloucester.
