We are seeking a Middle Rewards Specialist/Rewards Analyst to join our team at SPD Technology.
The Team You Will Work WithManager and 3 Rewards Specialists
We're Looking For You If You Have- At least 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) related role
- Experience in salary range design and working with salary data providers
- Solid background in processes like performance reviews, compensation reviews, bonus programs setup and maintenance
- Experience in designing benefit packages
- Good understanding of EU compensation market and benefit peculiarities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS systems
- Ability to create insight-driven analytics for stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for change management and stakeholder management
- Good team cooperation skills
- Performance-oriented attitude
- Focus on deliverables and continuous improvement
- Fast and quick learner
- Administer and calculate compensation-related data (bonuses, merits, etc.)
- Manage company benefits
- Participate in C&B-related surveys (internal and external) such as KF, EY, Mercer, etc.
- Contribute to HR process automation and HRIS development
- Develop HR data analytics and dashboards
- Contribute to company-wide Rewards elements (Benefits, Compensation, Well-being)
- Provide input into the company's Total Rewards strategy and participate in policy implementation
