Middle Office Product Manager, Senior Specialist

As the Middle Office Product Manager of the VBOR HUB, you will be responsible for developing a centralized data hub with data management and distribution capabilities that support Investment Management decision-making and insights, as well as Middle Office operations. This role is part of our long-term strategy to modernize technology and optimize operations globally. You will collaborate with Middle Office Senior Leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and peers within the Investment Management Group to ensure seamless execution of this strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Lead technical product management activities for multiple products with cross-divisional impact, driving design and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that enhance the client experience, ensuring business outcomes align with business case drivers.
3. Coach technical product teams on best practices and oversee their support in messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
4. Promote strong business support by working with team members to ensure consistent decision-making and client propositions, connecting with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Plan, develop, and implement new technical products with cross-divisional impact, including market analysis, feature development, and implementation planning.
6. Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve user experience.
7. Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Drive engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
9. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
2. At least eight years of related business experience, with three years leading large cross-functional teams on major projects preferred.
