Calypso Application Support Analyst Lisbon (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Calypso Application Support Analyst to join an international tech & operations hub supporting global Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll do

• Provide L1/L2 technical & functional support.
• Manage and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with L3 teams and monitor maintenance backlog.
• Test and validate new releases and enhancements.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Calypso and post trade processes (payments, announcements, collateral).
• Strong SQL (Oracle) skills.
• Solid background in application support (L1/L2).
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly.
• Fluent in English.

Work Model

• Hybrid: 1 day per week onsite (8 days/month).
• Up to 80% remote work + 2 weeks remote abroad per year.

Compensation

• Base salary paid in 14 months.
• 25% work hours exemption (also 14 months).
• Flexible benefits: €600/year + child allowances (€900 for ages 0-6, €600 for 7-17).
• Meal allowance: €8.60/day.
