We want you to:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions within ShareDo or similar legal technology platforms.
• Build and optimize workflows, case management systems, and document automation processes to support legal operations
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met in all automation implementations.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve workflows to enhance productivity and user experience.
• Stay updated on trends in legal automation, workflow platforms, and no/low-code tools.

This job might be for you if you:

• Have hands-on experience with ShareDo or comparable legal workflow/document automation platforms such as: Legito, Quixy, Fliplet, Budibase, Clarra, Codeless ONE, or Civica.
• Have experience designing and configuring no-code / low-code workflows for complex business processes.
• Are familiar with data integration, API connectivity, and security/compliance best practices within enterprise environments.
