Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

I'm partnered with an award winning e-commerce company in the North Brabant region hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central profile.

Do you want to use your knowledge in a role with more responsibility, overview and influence? Or are you an experienced Product Owner with in-depth knowledge of Business Central and retail processes? Then we have the perfect challenge for you!

They are looking for reinforcement in the ERP & Retail domain, which is the beating heart of our business operations. In this role, you combine substantive expertise with strategic thinking: you optimize our Business Central environment and translate business needs into concrete solutions that make a real impact.

What you will do:

• Translating business needs into a product roadmap and concrete user stories with clear acceptance criteria;
• Actively coordinate with the other Product Owner for consistent collaboration;
• Maintaining contact with stakeholders within finance, retail, supply chain and IT;
• Working on optimizations within Business Central and LS Retail;
• Collaborating with Functional Managers on the feasibility of solutions;
• Participate in projects and feed back progress and priorities to project management;
• Liaising with external ERP partners where necessary.

What do you bring:

• Completed HBO or WO education, for example in Digital Business or (Technical) Business Administration;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Proven experience with Agile working and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Knowledge and experience of Business Central;
• Strong communication skills and decisiveness;
• Experience in expectation management and stakeholder management;
• Flexibility and stress resistance in a dynamic environment;
• It is an advantage if you also have experience in a role as a product owner.
