Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer / Designer to join our team to support the design, customization, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with the organization's goals.

This is a hands-on role that involves both technical development and functional solution design, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid designer-developer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand functional and non-functional requirements.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Develop Power Automate flows and integrate with other Microsoft services like Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Work with Azure services as part of integrations and data flow processes.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices and platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in designing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with custom plugin development using C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, JavaScript, and Web Resources within Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure Functions.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and design principles in a Dynamics 365 environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps and ALM for Dynamics 365 solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) - this is essential for effective stakeholder communication and project success.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, PL-400).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
• Exposure to agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
