Microsoft Customer Success Manager - CSP

Avanade seeks a Microsoft Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow customer relationships within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) portfolio. This role is focused on driving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion across Microsoft cloud services, while acting as the high touch, post sale success partner for CSP customers.

As a CSM, you will own the customer success motion for a portfolio of CSP customers. You will work across Avanade sales, delivery, and Microsoft teams to ensure customers realize value from their Microsoft investments, increase cloud adoption, and identify opportunities for growth.

What you will do
  • Serve as a point of contact for CSP customers.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, or service delivery
  • Experience managing Microsoft CSP customers and cloud subscriptions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, M365, Dynamics preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive adoption outcomes
  • Experience working in a services or managed services environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, technical, and operations teams
  • Experience using customer success metrics and health indicators
Education, Certifications and Experience
  • Microsoft Licensing Certifications - must maintain

Business Development Manager (CMT industry)

Avanade is looking for Business Development Executives with strong experience across the telecommunications, media and entertainment sectors. We're looking for commercially driven professionals who can originate opportunities, build trusted client relationships and win new business in complex consulting and technology environments.

In this role, you will help clients shape and deliver transformation agendas across cloud, data, AI, business applications and digital platforms, bringing together industry insight, consultative selling, and the strength of the Microsoft ecosystem.

What you'll do
  • Develop new business with clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Technology companies, telecommunications, media, entertainment, digital platforms and connectivity led organizations.
  • Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI and intelligent operations.
  • Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring relevant, industry focused solutions to market.
  • Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay close to market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities shaping the sector.
  • Be focused on the Products market, engaging enterprise clients across Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Professional Services; must be able to drive industry specific discussions with customers' C suite in both business and industry.
  • Identify high potential transformation deals, leading and running many of the entire sales cycles.
  • Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast growing business with direct clients in your area of expertise.
  • Work closely with partners driving new business.
  • Build a pipeline for growth and closing business, including statements of work and contracts.
  • Interact with Avanade's new and current clients, gain referrals from them, and form strong trust relationships that open doors and close deals.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competing offerings, and current penetration of services and solutions.
