Job Description

UK-wide Predominantly on-site with clients with regular attendance at our Bristol HQ.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Provisional Start Date: September 2025

At Applicable, we specialise in delivering seamless Microsoft 365 and Unified Communications solutions to enterprise clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated M365 Teams Voice Engineer/Specialist to join our Site Transition team - someone who's eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a future leader in technical consultancy or project management.

The Role

As a M365 Voice Specialist, you'll play a key role in enabling customer sites and users on our platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to deliver repeatable, high-quality deployments using our proven methodologies.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational Microsoft 365 knowledge and some hands-on experience in UC technologies who's ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

• Survey, design, plan, test, and deploy technical deliverables for customer site transitions

• Use standardised tooling and processes to ensure consistent delivery

• Support project teams during key phases such as surveys, testing, go-live, and early life support

• Collaborate with partners and clients to coordinate resources and timelines

• Contribute to customer roadmaps and value delivery

• Participate in remote and on-site work as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft 365 certification
  • Some experience with Unified Communications (e.g., Teams Voice, SIP trunking, SBCs)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during key project phases
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience with Audiocodes media packs, or similar gateways
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure (VPNs, firewalls, load balancers)
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or ITIL certification
