Microsoft 365 Architect

The M365 Architect plays a key role in the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 solutions within the organization. This position is essential to ensure that the implemented technological solutions meet the current and future needs of our clients, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technological requirements. Conduct assessments of existing systems and propose appropriate improvements.
• Solution Design: Design robust and scalable Microsoft 365 solution architectures, integrating components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications and services.
• Project Management: Plan and lead M365 solution implementation projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Implementation and Migration: Oversee and participate in the implementation of M365 solutions, including the migration of data and applications from existing systems to the M365 environment.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the implemented solutions comply with security and compliance standards, implementing data protection and identity and access management measures.
• Support and Training: Provide technical support to users and IT teams, and organize training sessions to ensure effective adoption of M365 solutions.
• Technology Monitoring: Stay up to date with technological developments and best practices in Microsoft 365 solutions, proposing continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 components and services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects within set deadlines and budgets, with attention to detail and quality.
• Security Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of security and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and best practices in data security.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively and efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work in a constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 or similar solutions.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 certification (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) highly valued. Other relevant certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
• High level of English (C1 or higher highly valued)
