This role will deliver the business side of the technology transformation and ensure we maximise the opportunity with MicroSpace / floor planning best of breed technology and adapt how we work today

Please note that this is a hybrid role to our Dublin or Cork site and is currently a 24 month position.

What you'll be Doing

• Define future to-be business processes, operating model and change road map with direction from BPO and the Head of Commercial Transformation
• Drive simplicity, business transformation and best practice ways of working
• Create functional requirements documents and confirm scope in line with business needs
• Determine change impact by role and develop change management plan to drive user adoption
• Develop communications and engagement plan and deliver same
• Support the IT Lead & BPO in developing the Delivery / Implementation CAR, including detailed business benefits
• Ensure data readiness and perform data UAT & validation
• Work with superusers and change champions to drive user adoption
• Review and approve User Acceptance Test (UAT) Strategy & Plans and perform UAT
• Develop rollout and training approach to ensure new tools and ways of working are embedded
• Support development of training materials & delivery of user training
• Provide support to business users during hypercare
• Managed by BPO - Range & Space and seek directions / instructions when required
• Work as part of Omega Transformation team alongside IT, Infosys & Relex team members
• The scope of work will start with Retail in ROI and broaden over time to the other divisions

What we're looking for

• Experience in building planograms both manual and setting up solutions for planogram automation.
• Store Specific Planogram experience an advantage.
• Macrospace experience would be an advantage.
