The Role

We're looking for a hands-on MES Engineer with proven experience delivering and supporting DELMIA Apriso solutions in a manufacturing environment. You'll join a team responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of MES capabilities that underpin production operations, working closely with manufacturing engineering, IT, and shop floor stakeholders.

This is a delivery-focused role - you should be comfortable configuring Apriso modules end-to-end, troubleshooting production issues, and working within a structured manufacturing environment where uptime and data accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy DELMIA Apriso solutions across relevant modules (eg Process Builder, Global Process, Time & Labor, Quality, Production, Machine Integration)
  • Develop and maintain business process flows using Apriso Process Builder
  • Integrate Apriso with shop floor equipment, PLCs, and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA)
  • Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage deployment through DEV/TEST/PROD environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, providing hands-on support during core hours and escalation as required
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to translate shop floor requirements into MES functionality
  • Contribute to documentation: functional specs, configuration guides, and support runbooks
  • Participate in continuous improvement of MES processes and system performance

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso (configuration, Process Builder, deployment)
  • Strong understanding of MES concepts and their application in a discrete or process manufacturing environment
  • Experience integrating MES with shop floor equipment and enterprise systems (ERP/PLM)
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering to project timelines
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills - able to work with both technical teams and shop floor operations
