Flexible, part time zero hour contract

Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay). Mileage and travel time paid (excluding the first and last 10 minutes / 8 miles from home).

Additional location allowance: £0.76 per hour.

Full UK driving licence required, plus use of vehicle.

Average hours: 5 20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

About the role

As an Instore Merchandiser, you will bring products to life in the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point of sale placement, stock replenishment and auditing. You'll pride yourself on first class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You will ensure that stock is replenished and displays stay on brand, manage your own cost effective journey plan and make every visit count. This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys engaging with others.

About you

• Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly, confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
