Join a leading consultancy delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to take a key leadership role in the delivery of complex MEP-heavy fit outs, working with global clients at the forefront of the mission-critical sector.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a major hyperscale data centre fit out, with a focus on MEP coordination, integration, and commissioning. You'll be responsible for driving programme, cost, and quality outcomes while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP fit out packages within a large-scale data centre project.

  • Manage multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams across multiple workstreams.

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • Interface directly with clients, contractors, and consultants to maintain transparency and alignment.

  • Review technical documentation and ensure adherence to project specifications and compliance standards.

  • Support the development of internal processes and mentor junior project managers.

About You

  • 5 - 15 years' experience in project management within the data centre or mission-critical sector, ideally from a construction consultancy background.

  • Proven track record delivering MEP-intensive or high-spec fit out projects in Switzerland or wider Europe.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, commissioning, and integration in critical environments.

  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards, planning, and procurement processes.

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

  • Fluent in English; German and/or French proficiency preferred.
