MEP Projects: Associate Director - Commercial Lead

Fusion People is seeking an experienced Associate Director with a strong Quantity Surveying background to lead the commercial delivery of complex MEP projects across data centres, stadia, hotels, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments.

The role requires strategic commercial leadership, client relationship management, and oversight of NEC and JCT contract administration on large-scale developments.
