MEP Pre-Construction Lead: Design & Tender Review

Carrington West is seeking an experienced MEP Pre-Construction Manager based near Bank Station, London, to join their growing team on major projects valued between £20m and £50m.

As a key figure in supporting the front-end delivery of multiple projects, you will oversee the review of designs and manage tender processes to ensure successful project mobilization. A strong mechanical background and extensive pre-construction experience is required.

This role offers a contract length of 6 months minimum, with a lucrative rate of £450 - £500 per day, depending on experience.
