Job Title and Location
Role: MEP - Experience: 2 years to 12 years - Fit out experience
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil & Electrical/Mechanical
Roles and responsibilities - MEP - Interior Fitout- Review and analysis of all MEP drawing materials, schedules/programs of work, etc.
- Coordinate all electro-mechanical activities with the various teams on site.
- Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the project requirements.
- Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the consultant.
- Ensure civil obstruction has been cleared to the MEP contractors with MEP activities.
- Engage with authorities at the beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
- Ensure harmonious working relationships between the contractor and the consultants; promote open communication and teamwork and avoid adversarial management styles.
- Coordinate between MEP and civil drawings at the site; coordinate and attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors & consultants, clients, suppliers.
- Materials / work inspection to be conducted with a consultant.
- Day-to-day monitoring of work and planning the entire work.
- Monitoring of work as per specification and standards.
- Identification of subcontractors and suppliers and maintaining close coordination with subcontractors.
- Raising IR, IIR of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
- Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule and attending all testing & commissioning of MEP services.

- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil-Arch
- Coordination with Architect and consultants for design development and site coordination.
- All stakeholder management and work progress monitoring onsite.
- Weekly and monthly meetings with client and all stakeholders.
- Delivering projects as per clients' agreed timelines.
- Quality control at all stages of the project.
- Checking the installations as per approved checklists.
- Attending the site walk for handing over of project to the clients and rectifications of observed points.

- Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety
- Daily EHS audit and monthly safety performance reports as per company standard practices.
- Weekly EHS walks with Project Team & EHS meetings with Project management.
- Preparation of minutes of meeting as per EHS guidelines & QST requirements for audit.
- Ensure site Audit reports external and IMS audits with Internal audit team.
- Conduct daily toolbox trainings and various EHS trainings (safety induction, training, BBS, First aid, incident/accident awareness).
- Conduct periodic safety inspections at all site locations to ensure safety procedures are in place.
- Preparation, implementation and submission of HIRA and SOP as per site activities.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions including interfacing with workers' compensation claims.
- Preparation, implementation and submission of the waste management plan (solid waste, E-waste, plastic waste, biomedical waste, biodegradable waste, used oil) as per BOCW norms.
- Conduct emergency evacuation mock drills and other mock drills (e.g., fall from height, structural collapse, scaffolding collapse, electrical shock, fire).
- Identify hazards and coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance.
- Ensure permit systems for providing access to work carried out by contractors or vendors.
- Maintaining firefighting equipment and all signage in the premises.
- Organize and celebrate EHS events such as National Safety Day, Fire Service Day/Week, Road Safety Day or Week and Environmental Day.
