Mental Health Recovery Support Worker (Bank) - Hereford

Lifeways is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers in Hereford to help people transition to community living and regain independence. You will work as part of the Enhanced Community Recovery team, delivering person-centred support and building confidence on each client's recovery journey.

This 0-hour, sessional contract offers flexible shifts (early, late, sleep-in) across the Hereford service. You will need empathy, reliability and solid communication skills to make a meaningful difference.
