Soins Lausanne is immediately looking to complete our teams with several: Mental Health Nurse (H/F) - Activity rate between fixed and permanent. Your mission includes: Supporting clients with mental disorders or illnesses in their home life project. Working with a focus on giving meaning and coherence, while closely collaborating with the family and relatives to develop trusting relationships. Developing the therapeutic project while considering the complexity of care and adapting it according to evolution. Managing the overall care of clients while relying on internal and interdisciplinary teams and maintaining good relations with the institutions involved in the care network. Actively contributing to sustainable home care for clients through preventive measures and health promotion while considering individual needs with personalized care and promoting clients' autonomy. Supporting interdisciplinary teams in the care of clients in general care or mental health. Participating in development projects and working groups around continuous care in mental health in the domain of home care. Actively collaborating in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a proper role allowing you to enhance your nursing expertise as a full part of the system. Profile and competencies: Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification (degree recognized by CRS), minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and/or in Switzerland, experience in the medical-social field and a strong interest in community health, ability to collaborate in networking and multidisciplinary settings, sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
