Membership & CRM Specialist

Mandarin Recruitment is seeking a Membership Officer to join a London-based Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing company. This role involves acting as a contact point for existing and potential members while being a proactive member of the membership fulfilment group.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or professional certification, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Chinese or Mandarin. Responsibilities include data analysis through CRM systems and maintaining excellent member relations.
