Medical Team Lead: Clinical Mentor & Growth (Remote)

Montu UK is seeking a Medical Team Lead to combine clinical practice with people leadership, coaching junior doctors and driving professional development. You will manage a cohort of clinicians, ensure safe supervision and support consultants, governance and training within the team.

You will be the primary link between clinicians and consultants, coordinating appraisals, supervision quality, workload planning and escalation pathways to maintain high standards of patient care.
