Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Medical Receptionist/Patient Services Advisor to join our vibrant team at Branchalwood Medical Practice. Our team consists of: 2 GP Partners, 3 ANPs, 1 PN and a wider clinical and large admin team.This position is offered on a temporary six month contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role depending on organisational needs.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Main Duties
  • Dealing with patient enquiries via telephone, face to face and online
  • Processing prescriptions, results and any other clinical correspondence
  • Appointment management
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with relevant legislation
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical and management team
