We are a busy and friendly General Practice seeking motivated Medical Receptionists to join our administrative team. The successful candidates will work between 8.00am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicants should be reliable, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an organised team player who enjoys working with people and can provide a high standard of customer service in a busy healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception service, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times and treating patients with respect, professionalism, and efficiency.

The ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. Previous reception experience and confidence using computer systems are also required.

Experience of working within a primary care or healthcare setting would be advantageous but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service and administrative backgrounds, as full training will be provided.

We are recruiting for:

• One full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week), and
• Two part-time permanent positions (20 hours per week each)
