Medical Physics - Specialist Clinical Engineer

The Golden Jubilee National Hospital is seeking a Specialist Clinical Engineer to join our state-of-the-art centre of excellence. Candidates should possess at least a Degree in Physics, Electronics, Medical Physics, or a related field. Relevant engineering experience in the medical equipment sector will also be considered.
Role OverviewThe successful applicant will provide technical support across a broad range of electromedical equipment, including repair, maintenance, calibration, and staff training for medical, clinical, and nursing personnel. The role spans various clinical specialties.
Specialist AreasCandidates with experience in the following areas are preferred: Anaesthetics, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Dialysis, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Infusion Devices, Laboratories, Orthopaedics, Perfusion, Medical Equipment IT Systems, Thoracic Surgery.
Additional Requirements- High level of IT literacy
- Effective communication skills with staff at all levels
- Post-training experience in a clinical engineering department or equivalent
- RCT registration is desirable
