Role OverviewA leading national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its highly regarded Medical Negligence team, with the role available in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised claimant clinical negligence practice known for handling complex and high-value claims and delivering life-changing outcomes for clients.You will join an experienced and supportive team working on a wide range of medical negligence matters, including birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, fatal claims and inquests. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will also assist senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation across a variety of medical disciplines.This role offers the chance to develop your expertise within a collaborative and well-resourced team that is recognised for both its technical excellence and its compassionate approach to client care.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong claimant Clinical Negligence experience
- Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
- Experience supporting senior colleagues on complex or high-value claims
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to provide clear, empathetic advice to clients during sensitive situations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
