Medical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive

• Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
• 35 days' annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas closure

You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team of experts, working on high-quality cases from inception through to conclusion, with genuine scope to develop your technical expertise and progress your career.

The Role

• Run your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
• Investigate and litigate multi-track cases under supervision
• Manage cases from inception through to conclusion
• Draft a wide range of legal documentation
• Progress complex and technically challenging claims
• Work closely with experienced Clinical Negligence specialists
• Deliver high standards of client care throughout
• This is a strong opportunity to develop within a respected and growing specialist department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Clinical Negligence experience
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
