This Medical Device Product Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, clever and commercially oriented candidate, seeking to break into and build a long term sales and marketing career within the medical devices sector.

Ideal Candidate

All candidates must hold a third level qualification (minimum: NFQ Level 8, Honours Bachelor Degree) and preferably come with 3+ years experience from the following backgrounds:

  • Healthcare (coming from a healthcare background is an advantage, but not essential as training is provided)
  • Business (B2B Sales/Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Commerce)
  • Science (R&D, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Mathematical, Biology)

Responsibilities
  • Setting and achieving business development goals and sales targets
  • Promoting surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals
  • Seeking, acquiring and updating the company on insights regarding your territory, customers, business opportunities, competitor activity and market developments.
  • Developing a strong customer relationship network built on trust and credibility
