As a Senior Trading Specialist in Madrid, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of trading strategies while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional value. This role offers the chance to independently manage and grow client relationships, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities. You'll also contribute to the development of our team by training new clients and colleagues on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee daily trading activities for a portfolio of accounts.
• Partner with business team members, providing in-depth product insights to shape effective trading strategies aligned with client goals.
• Take ownership of numerous accounts, proactively identifying growth potential and assisting in understanding and prioritizing client needs.
• Lead training sessions for new and existing clients on all platform operational aspects and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Cultivate specialized knowledge in our product offerings, becoming a go-to resource for the internal business team.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand client business by enabling agencies to deliver enhanced value through services like savings analyses and comprehensive campaign planning.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in programmatic buying or planning.
• Significant experience in client-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a client services environment.
• Demonstrated talent for explaining intricate concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent time management skills.
