Salary: £48,000 per annum + Benefits
Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for a stable, long-term role in the heart of London? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our Facilities Management (FM) team, working on a prestigious government contract in a static Central London location.
Key Details:
- Salary: £48,000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location: Static site - Central London
- Contract Type: Permanent
Role Overview:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks, lead a small engineering team, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory role where your mechanical or electrical expertise will be key in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain health & safety compliance at all times.
- Liaise with the client to provide excellent service delivery.
- Carry out hands-on mechanical or electrical maintenance as required.
Requirements:
- Trade Qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience in FM or building services.
- Experience in a static site environment.
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance.
- SC Clearance eligibility - must have a clean criminal record and have lived continuously in the UK for at least 5 years.
