Job Description


The Role

The Conference department from KEENFINITY Group is looking for an enthusiastic intern!

As a Mechanical Research & Development Intern, you will be responsible for researching the latest sustainability trends, collecting key insights, and exploring innovative ways to incorporate sustainable practices into Bosch's conference devices. Your work will help drive eco-friendly advancements in product development and align with Bosch's commitment to sustainability.


️ Your Tasks

  • Conduct a comprehensive literature review and benchmark current sustainability trends to inform design improvements.
  • Assess KEENFINITY conference devices, focusing on recyclability, energy consumption, and material usage to identify areas for sustainability enhancements.
  • Evaluate industry sustainability standards and regulations, ensuring Bosch products align with environmental best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to gather insights on sustainable materials, energy-efficient design, and eco-friendly manufacturing techniques.
  • Develop and present actionable sustainability recommendations, strategies, and a roadmap for integrating eco-friendly practices into product design and end-of-life management.


Qualifications


What You Bring:

  • You are currently a final year Mechanical Engineering student;
  • You have knowledge in sustainable materials and lifecycle assessments;
  • You have the research mindset and proactive;
  • You are proficient in English verbal and written;
  • You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
  • You can work at our office in Eindhoven;
  • You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.

  • Strong motivation;
  • Creative mind and a good organizer;
  • Team player and able to work independently;
  • Proactive and not afraid to take charge;
  • Open attitude, suitable for an internationally oriented environment;
