Mechanical Property Inspector - Aberdeen (6-Month Contract)

Search Consultancy is recruiting for Property Inspector (Mechanical) on a 6 month rolling contract in Aberdeen. You will inspect domestic properties, oversee repairs and maintenance, and ensure compliance with statutory records.

The role requires experience with commercial heating systems, the ability to issue contractor instructions, and to track contractor performance. A Driving license and SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are preferred.
