Mechanical Estimator - Pre-Contract (Residential & Hotels)

System Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mechanical Estimator for our client in Northampton. The role is office-based with site visits to projects including large-scale residential, student accommodation and hotel schemes.

You will manage the tender process, ensuring technical standards and deadlines are met, with a broad requirement across mechanical and electrical services in the built environment.
