Role: Mechanical Engineer
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Stafford (no remote working).
In summary
Anyone with a background in cars/RAF trade group 5, worked at Babcock, Marine engines, petrol engines, diesel engines hydraulics
Vehicles and machinery: Anything used to maintain, support, or operate military assets on the ground, particularly aircraft.
Examples: Refuelling units, maintenance vehicles, and baggage handling equipment.
Top Criteria:
- Suitable Demonstrable experience or something similar in survey inspection repair
- Mechanical experience
- Computer Literate
- Holds eligibility to meet the criteria of professional Registration of EngTech, in accordance with the UK-SPEC
- Level 4 qualification and advanced/higher apprenticeship; or Level 3 qualification, a nationally recognised engineering apprenticeship and some engineering experience within their discipline or specialism area.
