Mechanical Engineer Needed

G2 are currently looking for a Freelance Mechanical Engineer to assist a client in the province of Groningen.

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to help with a chemical expansion CAPEX project worth over €100 million. The right candidate will need to have experience working on brownfield or greenfield projects.

The project is set to go on for the next 12 to 18 months with a likelihood of being extended, you will play an important part in this project and will be doing the drawings, designs and calculations for static and rotating equipment.

Position details:

• START: 1st of August
• Duration: 12 - 18 months
• Location: Province of Groningen
• Rate: Dependent on experience

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree qualified
• Greenfield or Brownfield project experience (5years plus)
• Must understand rotating and static equipment
• Ansys specialist

Responsibilities:

For this position, you will be playing an important part as a mechanical engineer. You will be performing the drawings, designs and calculations for static and rotating equipment.

They are looking for someone who can work efficiently with Ansys to make sure that the equipment is in full operation as soon as possible in line with the project deadlines.

The client has a suggested that they can start taking interviews at the earliest convenience.
