Their Purpose:

Our client specialise in delivering innovative designs for regulated industries, predominantly power generation, focusing on practical solutions for complex engineering challenges.

Salary & Benefits: £45-55k + benefits

About the Job:

• Produce practical designs for regulated industries within tight timelines.
• Contribute to new component development, reducing complexity and costs.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams on diverse project aspects.
• Assist in project build, commissioning, and testing phases.
• Ensure seamless integration between engineering disciplines.

About You:

• Minimum 2nd class degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• 5+ years' postgraduate experience in a design role, ideally in regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in engineering principles and practical experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, fabrication, machining).
• Strong understanding of geometric tolerances, limits and fits, weld symbols, and surface finish.
