Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor

Enjoy weekly pay as a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor on an interim basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking. You will be working for a well-known higher education that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining levels of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
• Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
• Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
• Involved with signing off the EICR's

Qualifications / Experience

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition
• AM2 or 2391
• Previous experience on the tools as a M&E supervisor
• Previous experience overseeing contractors
• Previous experience working with EICR's
