MEA Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about marketing, cross-cultural collaboration, and the fast-paced world of live sports and news? TVU Networks is hiring a full-time Regional Marketing Specialist for the Middle East & Africa to help drive growth across a dynamic and innovative industry.

You'll join a global leader in cloud-based live video solutions, trusted by thousands of broadcasters in 130+ countries, and help shape the future of live streaming. Based in our Barcelona office (hybrid model), you'll report to the EMEA Marketing Manager and lead regional campaigns that deliver real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Work at the strategic level to champion best practices and innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics
• Create effective campaign assets, including email, newsletter, video, landing page and advertising
• Plan and host all aspects of online and offline regional events, webinars, trade shows and conferences
• Identify relevant customer stories & turn them into demand generation/sales enablement materials
• Support the regional sales team by identifying major business opportunities
• Measure and report the effectiveness of all relevant marketing activity in the region against agreed KPIs.

Who You Are - Requirements:

• MANDATORY: High proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbally.
• Fluent in French a bonus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or business
• At least 3+ years experience in field marketing, digital marketing or B2B marketing roles
• Previous experience in organizing important events (webinars, conferences, tradeshows) and managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis
• You have a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. With strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
• You have a passion for technology and the ability to learn complex in-house software and systems easily
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams and external agencies
• You are proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities
