FTI Consulting is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand our Corporate Governance and Shareholder Advisory capabilities within the Strategic Communications segment, with an international remit across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

The role involves advising boards, CEOs and general counsel on governance, shareholder activism, investor stewardship, remuneration and ESG governance, translating complex issues into practical guidance.
