Role purpose/summary

. Lead the design and architecture of IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 implementations.
. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
. Define technical and functional roadmaps aligned with business goals.
. Oversee the delivery life cycle, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
. Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

. 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including MAS 9.
. Strong knowledge of EAM processes and industry best practices.
. Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
. IBM Maximo certifications preferred.
