Job Title: Maximo 8 Training Consultant (Contract)

Location: Travel required across Portsmouth, Plymouth, Clyde, and Kyle of Lochalsh
Duration: 6-8 weeks, Contract, Inside IR35
Start Date: Immediate/Within the coming weeks
Clearance: Must be a UK citizen and eligible for BPSS clearance
Travel: Flexibility to travel to client sites is essential

Project Overview:

Our client is currently halfway through the rollout of a structured training program for IBM Maximo Application Suite 8 (MAS 8). Due to internal resource constraints, they are seeking 2-3 experienced Maximo 8 professionals to support and complete the remaining training delivery across several key UK locations.

The client's existing training partner, Cohesive, will provide a full briefing and onboarding. They will walk new trainers through the established program and materials to ensure consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-built MAS 8 training modules to users and stakeholders across the client's sites.

• Maintain consistency in training quality and engagement, following the established program structure.

• Collaborate with Cohesive and client teams to align on delivery schedules, expectations, and learner outcomes.

• Adapt delivery as needed to suit different learner groups while staying within the program scope.

• Conduct in-person training sessions at various UK sites as scheduled.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite 8 (MAS 8), particularly in a training, functional, or user support capacity.

• Strong track record of delivering technical training within enterprise environments.

• Ability to quickly absorb and deliver pre-prepared training content.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel between Portsmouth, Plymouth, Clyde, and Kyle of Lochalsh.

• UK citizenship and ability to obtain BPSS clearance.
