Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 TLR (for Head of Statistics responsibility)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-5
- Lead the development of Statistics within the department (KS4 & KS5)
- Work closely with the Head of Maths to support teaching, learning, and assessment
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of schemes of work
- Monitor and track student progress using data to drive improvement
- Support and develop colleagues, sharing best practice across the department
- Contribute to departmental leadership, including behaviour management and daily operations
- Participate in the wider school community and enrichment activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, with a particular strength in Statistics
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS4/KS5 desirable)
- Ability to lead or contribute to curriculum development
- Proven ability (or clear potential) to raise student attainment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach to team working
