Responsibilities

• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Teaching towards GCSE where required
• Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons
• Following school schemes of work and existing lesson plans
• Planning and preparing lessons for longer-term placements
• Assessing student progress
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
• Supporting students of different abilities

We are looking for:

• QTS or recognised teaching experience
• Secondary Maths teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge
• Confidence teaching through to GCSE
• Effective classroom management
• A positive and professional approach
• The ability to build strong relationships with students
