This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive department, delivering high-quality maths education to students across Key Stages.The school is looking for a confident and engaging teacher with a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, who can inspire students, maintain high expectations and contribute to a positive learning environment.About the RoleWorking closely with the Maths department and SLT, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing targeted feedback Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies Supporting students to build confidence, problem-solving skills and resilience Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding progressIdeal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential Minimum 2 years' UK teaching experience Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching Passion for improving student outcomesWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
