Realise Futures is looking for a Mathematics Tutor.

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 5NZ

Salary: £17,640 per annum

Hours: 23.31 hours per week

Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible.

Job Overview

You'll deliver a number of Mathematics courses from Entry 1 to Level 2 to adults 19+ in community-based hubs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

Job Requirements

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, and the successful applicant will be subject to Right to Work in the UK checks prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan engaging, differentiated Maths lessons
• Experience aligning teaching to awarding body requirements
• Ability to track learner progress and maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with RARPA for non-accredited provision
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment
• Recognised teaching qualification with Maths subject specialism
