Posted 12 hours 29 minutes ago by Harmony at Home Limited
A lovely first-time family are seeking an experienced and nurturing Maternity Night Nanny to support them with their first baby during the early weeks.
The ideal candidate will be confident working alongside first-time parents and will understand the importance of providing calm, reassuring support as they find their feet as a new family. The parents are looking for someone who can share their knowledge and experience, while respecting their choices and empowering them to make informed decisions about their baby's care.
The successful candidate will be up to date with current NHS guidance and safer sleep practices, with a strong understanding of newborn care. They should be confident caring for a young baby overnight and supporting parents with establishing a gentle, responsive routine.
Mum is hoping to breastfeed, so experience supporting breastfeeding mothers and establishing successful feeding patterns would be highly desirable.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a knowledgeable, warm and team-oriented Maternity Night Nanny who enjoys working collaboratively with parents and can provide both practical support and reassurance during those precious first weeks.
